Important Product Information

JadeMoghul prides itself by providing the world’s leading brands and private labels to its customers. To protect customer interest and ensure full transparency, following is important information for JadeMoghul customers: 

 

  1. All items included in the Jade Mall section are private labelled, are from China warehouse, and are of Asian Sizes. Customers from other parts of the world need to make use of the sizing charts (provided with the products and on the website) before ordering.
  2. Most Jade Mall items are with Free Standard Shipping. Expedited shipping for Jade Mall items is available on request.
  3. Branded products from Moghul Exclusives, Toys & Learning, Sports, Gifts and Wedding sections are authentic and are North American, European and Western made. Hence, customers should order these products by converting to their relevant sizes. Please use the sizing charts provided for this purpose.
  4. All kids products are intended to be available for sale for educational and learning purposes. JadeMoghul does not market to and encourage minors to be involved in purchases without due consent of their parents or guardians.
  5. All gold and diamond products above $500 will be sent through couriers (Limitations Apply) and we will ensure customer acknowledgment. JadeMoghul will not be responsible for any thefts or losses resulting beyond our control in the receipt and carrying of expensive jewelry items.
  6. All luxury leather goods, personalized goods, made-to-order goods and personalized jewelry items are made with special circumstances. Please ensure to provide as specific information as possible (Use the Special Instructions Section or write to customer.service@jademoghul.com) before the final product is manufactured. Since, these products will not be returned and any information lapse will be the customer’s responsibility.
  7. Products from the Branded Watches, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Sports, Toys and Wedding sections experience frequent out of stock because of quick turn over and low stock levels. JadeMoghul uses the best industry system to monitor and manage the relevant inventory. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of any certain item, even though it may be listed as available. We apologize in advance for any such customer experience.
  8. JadeMoghul markets the products of its partner manufacturers, distributors, resellers and vendors on as is basis. We convey all available information with full transparency as obtained from the related parties. We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information as best as possible. However, we do not take responsible for any product performance or product claims.
  9. Defective items delivered from warehouse are replaced within 30 days of purchase. Customer has to immediately contact JadeMoghul (within 24 hours of receipt) and provide evidence image. Any tempered packaging and/or product will not be replaced.
  10. Select products of Eddie Bauer, Nike Golf, OGIO, The North Face, New Era and Alternative Apparel need to be embellished before being shipped to the customers. Customers have the choice of embellishing their own logo. Logo embellishment costs starts from $15 based on design and colors.
  11. Following is the category relevant product information:
  • Watches/Electronics - Manufacturer warranty may apply through JAdeMoghul for first 30 days only. After 30 days, the customer has to directly contact the manufacturer.
  • Jewelry - Authenticity certificates are available for select large quantity Gold & Diamond Rings with the merchandise purchase. 
  • Nike Brand - Available for sale in USA only.
  • Educational - Orders, once processed are non-returnable.
