ShadeFin™ Telescopic Rod Holder Mount
Wherever you are onboard, ShadeFin can follow! The Telescopic Rod Holder Accessory for ShadeFin – a versatile attachment option that inserts into standard gunnel rod holders for portable, adjustable boat shade. Made from high-quality, lightweight anodized aluminum, the Telescopic Rod Holder Accessory extends from 42" to 67" tall – elevating ShadeFin over the deck for boaters to comfortably stand underneath. For boaters at the dock, sandbar, or in the water, the Telescopic Rod Holder Accessory can also be adjusted to position ShadeFin over the side of the boat – keeping you protected from the sun.
Easily Adjustable
As the sun changes position, the angle and height of this accessory can easily be adjusted at two points along its body – the bottom joint and the throw latch. Toward the base, the bottom joint features a Sure-Grip Knob and Pull Pin Lock that enables the adjustment of the accessory's upward angle. The throw latch half-way up the body is used to adjust the height and 360° rotation of the ShadeFin. If using this accessory with the Adjustable Rod Holder Mount, the angle of ShadeFin can also be adjusted from the Sure-Grip Knob at the top.
Operation
To use the Telescopic Rod Holder Accessory, simply insert the solid gimbal butt into any standard rod holder on the gunnel, remove the Pull-Pin, adjust the upward angle using the Sure-Grip Knob at the bottom joint to the desired 0°, 15°, or 30°, and reinstall the Pull Pin. Then, at the top, simply insert the Fixed or Adjustable Rod Holder Mount into the opening. The mount will secure in place when its gimbal butt seats into the Accessory gimbal pin. Then attach ShadeFin into the Mount, as directed in the Instruction Manual, and deploy. Use the throw latch to adjust the ShadeFin height and horizontal rotation.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unmarked, unbroken and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as made-to-order products (leather, jewelry, wedding, etc.) personalized items, all mats/rugs, audio/visual, customized gifts, select wedding items, educational items or open boxed items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases in any personal care products

To complete your return, we require order details including a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Send message requesting RMA for specific product, include order number and email used in original purchase.
- Within 48 hours you shall receive an RMA
- Ship your product to our Return Center provided for the specific product type
- Once Merchandise has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
- Please Note that a 25% restocking fee is applicable to returns.
Please do not send your purchases before you hear back from us with the required information.
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (Customer has to directly contact the manufacturer for warrantied items)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 - 3 weeks.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following steps beef contacting us:
- First check your payment method and/or bank account again.
- Then contact the relevant institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer service.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to initiate the exchange process:
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: JadeMoghul Inc. RMA. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
